The installation of a new elevator usually takes between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the type of elevator, the number of stops and the complexity of the site. In new buildings with a prepared shaft the process is faster, while a retrofit in existing buildings can take up to 10 weeks. Under Bulgarian law, every elevator is subject to a mandatory annual technical inspection by a licensed technical supervision authority. In addition, monthly preventive inspections by a qualified service technician are mandatory to maintain safe operation. We take care of organising and carrying out all the necessary inspections.
Yes, the modernization of existing elevators is one of our core areas of work. We offer partial or full modernization, including replacement of the drive, the controller, the car, the doors and the safety systems. Modernization significantly improves safety, energy efficiency and ride comfort, at a considerably lower cost than installing a completely new elevator.
Our elevators are certified to the European safety standards EN 81-20 and EN 81-50, carry the CE marking and comply with the requirements of Lift Directive 2014/33/EU. The company is certified to ISO 9001 for quality management. All our technicians hold the necessary qualification documents for working with lifting equipment.
We provide a standard warranty of 24 months for all new elevator installations, starting from the date of commissioning. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal operation. When a maintenance subscription contract is concluded, the warranty period can be extended up to 36 months.
Yes, we carry out the installation and supply of elevator equipment throughout Bulgaria. We have a head office in Sofia and mobile service teams that cover all regions of the country. For places outside the major cities we provide service on an individual schedule, tailored to the needs of the client.
