Freight-passenger elevators are designed for the simultaneous transport of people and bulky loads, including vehicles, furniture, construction materials and industrial equipment. With enlarged car dimensions and a reinforced floor structure, our freight-passenger elevators can transport cars between the floors of multi-storey car parks and underground levels. The special floor slab is designed to withstand the concentrated load from the vehicle tyres, while the entrance ramps facilitate entry and exit.
Every freight-passenger elevator is equipped with highly durable protective bumpers along the interior walls of the car. Made of 2 mm thick stainless steel, the bumpers protect the walls from damage during the loading and unloading of heavy objects. The lower part of the car is fitted with additional shock-absorbing rubber strips.
The interior walls of the car are clad with anti-vandal stainless steel panels, protecting the structure from damage during loading and unloading operations. The rubber strips in the lower part of the walls absorb the impacts from pallet trucks and forklifts, preserving the integrity of the car even under intensive use.
The modern sensor system combines three-dimensional and two-dimensional infrared sensors, creating an invisible curtain of beams in front of the car doors. The 3D sensors scan the space in front of the door at a distance of up to 1.5 metres, detecting approaching objects before they reach the closing zone. This preventive protection is especially important when loading with pallet trucks and forklifts.
Freight-passenger elevators can be equipped with remote control, which allows the operator to command the movement of the car and the opening of the doors from a safe distance. The wireless remote control operates on a frequency of 868 MHz with encrypted communication, ensuring a reliable connection without interference from other devices in the building.
For convenience when handling loads, the car is equipped with two control panels - a main panel at the entrance and an additional panel on the opposite side. The two panels have an identical set of buttons, including a button to hold the doors in the open position for an extended period. The buttons are of increased size and anti-vandal design, resistant to mechanical damage.
For sites requiring access from two sides, we offer models with a through car, equipped with two opposite doors. This configuration significantly speeds up the loading and unloading process by eliminating the need to manoeuvre inside the car. An ideal solution for multi-storey car parks and warehouse complexes.
